Yesterday we took one step closer towards having our new terrain. Some committee members met up with councillors and staff from Bridgwater Town Council to decide and mark out where the terrain will be built in Victoria Park. The terrain will be 15 metres X 14 metres surrounded by a wooden fence. The work construcing the terrain will be undertaken by the Town Council's own workforce with materials and financial support from the Somerset Community Foundation. All being well and, weather permitting, work will start early in March and should be ready in time for the Bridgwater Petanque Club to move in on the 1st April.

The Club has entered this years Devon Region Summer Petanque League and will be play against teams from Honiton,Westward Ho! and Wellington.
